For moms of college-bound seniors.

The College Countdown Roadmap

The phase-by-phase guide to getting your senior to college, and ready for life once they’re there.

Free instant download. A few short emails follow, plus an invite to my free masterclass. Unsubscribe anytime.

You’ve got the applications, deadlines, deposits, and dorm list handled. But once you drive away, who notices when your student is overwhelmed, or steps in when something gets hard?

Nobody. So they need to be able to do it themselves, and you still have time to help them build that now.

What you'll get inside:

  • Six phases, August through move-in. Jump in at the phase you’re in.

  • Two tracks in every phase. College Prep (the tasks) and College Readiness (the life skills behind them).

  • Look Deeper moments. Quick reality checks on whether your student is doing it or you are.

  • The College Readiness Check-In. Seven questions to answer before move-in day.

Don’t try to figure it out on your own. There are so many details, and this Roadmap keeps you organized and confident you’re not missing a beat, whether this is your first child heading to college or your fourth.

Who this is for

This is for moms of high school seniors (and juniors who want a head start) who lie awake wondering not if their student will get in, but whether they’ll be okay once they’re there. If you want your student walking onto campus able to manage their life, not just their luggage, you’re in the right place.

Who this isn't for

This isn't an application strategy guide, and it isn't academic or executive-function coaching. If you're looking for essay help, test prep timelines, or study-skills systems, this isn't that — and I'd rather tell you now than waste your time.

Meet Leslie

I’m Leslie Rose, a certified life and health coach who specializes in college readiness. For six years I’ve coached teens on confidence, stress, food, and friendships, the everyday stuff that decides whether a freshman thrives or just survives.

Through 1:1 coaching and parent mentoring, I use my CAMPUS framework to help students build the skills for roommates, stress, sleep, speaking up, and asking for help before they’re on their own. And I help parents support them without turning every conversation into a power struggle.

I'm also founder and host of the Healthy Teen Life podcast.
